There are a diversity of designs available with many of the products featuring hydraulic operation for reasons of performance, durability and low cost of ownership. Suppliers need to be well versed in commercial vehicle lifting equipment because of the tendancy towrads specialisation. Equally, there is also a need for good service support, which means that the line of communication to the manufacturer should be well established.
Rotary Commercial Two & Four Post Lifts

The Rotary two post lift range includes the SPO54 and SPO65 models to cover vans and light commercial vehicle applications up to 6.5 tonnes GVW. The design of these lifts has not only resulted in a legendary level of durability and reliability but also exceptional stability. These lifts are able to tackle long bodied vehicles such as Mercedes Sprinters and VW Transporters without difficulty and yet can also cope with small cars. A flexible range of height adaptors are provided as standard as well as extra safe chasis crutches. Dual and single side control options are available.
Trademaster Commercial Four Post Lifts

Two Trademaster four post lifts specifically targeted at the large van, CV and PSV market. At 12 and 25 tonne capacity, they combine sophisticated control, pure strength and reliability. Homologated and certified to meet the European Directive 98/37/CE, they incorporate several innovative features including cold formed columns for maximum stability and strength, a double acting hydraulic ram system on the 25 tonne allows a low platform run on height, an enhanced pulley and cable design and many modern safety features and lift options. Blitz Duplex In-Ground Truck Lifts

The Duplex in-ground truck lift range is available in 1 to 4 units and features automatic synchronisation. Each ram will lift 15 tonnes, has a stroke of 1.9m and has a hermetically seperated double cylinder design (with independent hydraulic circuits) that not only provide lifting but gives protection for the integral safety system. The lifting units can be installed in either a cassette or a frame in the workshop floor. Options are also available for the lifting heads and for increasing the life and corrosion resistance of the rams. Lifting units can be moved along the pit by motor and a telescopic version requires a depth of only 1.4m. A roller mounted cover plate system is also available for safety and to increase the usable floor area. The galvanised, joint free cover will accept a 4 tonne wheel load and can be used with appopriately sized gearbox jacks.
