Systems designed to cover all work stations with a choice of high quality reliable equipment built to the latest CE regulations. Dispensing can be made through a choice of hose reels and easy to read digital hose end meters. Oil storage should be to the latest environmental regulations with the size of tanks designed to suit the oil usage and delivery schedules from the chosen oil company. Waste oil recovery is provided with a choice of robust mobile waste oil drainers and suctions units with return lines back to the storage tank.
Bullworthy work with Permex who supply a wide range of Rassm quality garage lubrication equipment and manufacturers Oilwatch oil monitoring systems. We also offer a comprehensive range of Graco pumps for the process industry as well as Elaflex hoses, ZVA nozzles and Mann Tek DD dry disconnect couplings.
Air Operated Pumps – “Fit and Forget”
A comprehensive range of high quality air operated pumps capable of pumping oils and similar products up to 1000 litres/min. grease up to 10kg/min. The pumps are of a proven reliability providing low maintenance and are suitable for mounting in barrels, tanks, IBC’s, mobile dispensing units and wall mounting.
An extensive range of Rassm and Graco ¼ – 3″ aluminium, stainless steel and polypropylene double diaphragm pumps with flow rates from 20 litres/min to 1000 litres/min, are available with a large range of balls and valve materials making the pumps suitable to handle a wide range of chemicals and automotive fluids.
Hose Reels
A comprehensive of high quality spring rewind and powered hose reels for use in many industries for example, automotive, industrial, food processing, and marine applications. The range extends from our smallest air reel with 8m X 8mm hose up to our largest powered hose reels capable of carrying 100m X ½” hose or 40m X 1@ hose. Reels are available in painted and stainless steel, or ABS a composite material and suitable for air, water, diesel, oil, grease, AdBlue, antifreeze and many other fluids.
Kits for Hosereels and Pumps
A wide range of Pump and Hosereel kits are available with various ancillary equipment e.g, meters, valves, air regulators and fittings.
Meters & Control Valves
A range of control valves from ⅜” to ¾” with rigid or flexiable spouts and new easy-read high volume meters which can dispense up to 90 litres/min. We also supply commercial and approved digital and analogue meters, free vend or pre-set. All models are designed to dispense oil up to SAE240, versions are available for antifreeze or other fluids.
Reel Support Frames
For the modern wokshop, Bullworthy work with Permex to supply an extensive range of professional looking reel support frames. These provide a practical solution for mounting reels where suitable walls are not available. Up to 8 reels plus 2 air reels can be mounted with many other versions available. A wide range of accessories including Oil Monitoring can be fitted to the frames.
Waste Oil Drainers
The issue of collecting and disposing of automotive fluids, oils, antifreeze etc is solved with our comprehensive range of reliable equipment which includes air discharge, suction, pumpaway, low level and pit waste drainers. We also provide a range especially designed for antifreeze, as well as customised purpose made units.
