Regional Sales Manager

T.R Bullworthy Ltd is a market leading supplier of Garage Equipment with a 40-year history based on the Northamptonshire Oxfordshire boarders. Bullworthy only offer premium branded equipment and projects into their clients ranging from the independent garages through to the top end dealership groups including Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, JLR, VW, Audi, Ferrari, Toyota to name but a few.

Due to a retirement, we are seeking to fill a full-time, field and home-based role for a Regional Sales Manager, preferably located within the operational region (Warwickshire / Northamptonshire / Cambridgeshire / Bedfordshire / North Herts area). The person will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales leads, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and contributing to the development of sales strategies to optimize business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell well established products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business, key accounts and customer relationships.
  • Reach potential customers through prospecting.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prior knowledge of automotive workshop equipment, DVSA requirements and related British Standards/GEA standards is an advantage.
  • Full time working with the ability to work from home.
  • Being able to work with/understand CAD drawings and conduct basic site surveying.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Be highly motivated with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
